Environmental monitoring bodyThe Research Institute’s Environmental monitoring body has been a service centre available to the cement industry and other industries for years, assisting them in fulfilling their legal environmental obligations. Due to official notification as an officially recognised, independent monitoring body in accordance with § 26 and § 28 BImSchG (Federal Ambient Pollution Protection Act), the 13th and 17th BImSchV (Federal Ambient Pollution Protection Regulation) and the Technical Instructions on Air Pollution Control (TA Luft) the FIZ is also able to carry out measurements in the statutory domain. Thus, the independent measurements that may be invoked at court can be referred to for controlling compliance with stipulations laid down in licence certificates. Our service portfolio includes: |
